Wire, courier and local delivery fees are included in the escrow fee for all purchases.
Refinance Rate:
Under One Million, flat rate of $600. Over One Million, flat rate of $750
Miscellaneous Fees:
Quit Claim Deed and Excise Tax Affidavit for transactions associated with a full escrow, is $150. We do not prepare miscellaneous documents not associated with a purchase and sale, or refinance.
Preparation of Note and Deed of Trust is $375/$750
1031 Tax deferred Exchange is $250
Simultanous 2nd Mortgage: $350
Stand Alone HELOC: $350
Same Day Sign & Fund: $200
Short Sales will incur an additional 20% surcharge
