Columbia Escrow LLC was established in 2005 by its founder, Patty O’Young. We are located in Seward Park, and primarily serve the greater Seattle area. We close residential and commercial purchase and sales, refinances, seller financed transactions as well as 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges.
